Pumpkin Overnight Oats

Pumpkin Overnight Oats...in a jar

Ingredients:

1 C whole grain old fashioned oats
1/4 Greek yogurt (vanilla or honey) 
1/3 C pure pumpkin (no canned pie filling)
1 Tbsp raw honey 
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp allspice 
1 Tbsp dark chocolate chips

(Optional 1 tsp chia seeds) 

Tools:

1 pint mason jar (can use 1/2 pint) 
Spoon
Refrigerator


1. Start with the oats and spoons all ingredients into the mason jar. 
2. When done top with chocolate chips and shake until mixed. 

3. Let sit in the fridge until morning.

4. When ready to eat...add 1/4 C milk, stir, heat and eat. 


Tasted mine before work this morning and it is very yummy....like a healthy pumpkin pie in a jar.
