Endo Stuffed Peppers

SUPPER! I only ate one of these but I made some for my hubby and daughter too...I let them pick which pepper they preferred. 

ORGANIC Red/orange/yellow bell peppers stuffed with cooked organic brown rice and quinoa....with organic fresh parsley, cilantro, chopped garlic cloves, green peppers....seasoned with cumin, turmeric, cayenne pepper, black pepper and pink Himalayan salt. Topped with fresh Parmesan cheese.
