Starting a new thing for my ENDO groups. "A Smoothie A Day Keeps The Endo At Bay". 

I've been drinking smoothies every morning for a month and it helps my daily fatigue to start off right. 

I'll do my best to share a recipes/pic a day for my smoothie lovers. 

Kale, banana, blueberry, raspberry, kiwi, flax and water.
