Burger Blitz...these burgers will melt in your mouth.

Ingredients:
2 lbs lean ground beef (I used 92/8)
1 small zucchini squash diced
1/2 green pepper diced
1/2 orange pepper diced
1/2 purple onion diced
1/2 avocado chopped
2oz mushrooms diced
4oz crumbled feta cheese

Preheat whatever you are using to cook the burgers. I used a griddle (since it was raining outside) heated to 350. 

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mush around with your hands until all mixed together thoroughly. (Add spices if you choose to, but they're great without any). 


Yes...I'm not a beef eater so I drowned the beef in veggies. 

Make patties 2 inches thick. Place on your cooking surface (in my case, the griddle).

Cook burgers until they are brown on both sides (requires flipping 1-2 times) and cooked thoroughly in the middle. However you like your burgers cooked. 
Golden brown! Juicy juicy. Mmm mmm
good. 

You can choose to add a slice of cheese to melt on top or not. I added a slice of reduced fat provolone cheese. 
Place burger on a bun (or no bun) and eat away! 
The finished product with some fresh asparagus.
