Day 11 Sugar Detox
BREAKFAST
*2 farm fresh eggs
*avocado
*1 TBSP feta cheese
*1 TBSP chickpeas
*1/2 tomato diced
*1/3 cup steamed spinach
*1 TBSP chopped green onion
LUNCH
I did not make this myself. i bought an organic kind from the supermarket.
Contains: filtered water, lentils, tomatoes, celery, garlic, onion, carrot, potato, kale, potato starch, vegetable base (broth), sea salt, basil, thyme.
SUPPER
*Cooked brown rice pasta
*Chopped fresh carrots (i do not cook mine)
*Cut fresh steamed green beans
*Green peas
*Sundried Tomato
Chunk White Tuna
DESSERT
