SUPPER
*1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats
*1 oz raisins
*2 tsp unsweetened shredded coconut
*1 tsp ground flax seed
*2 tsp Chia seeds
*2 TBSP raw pumpkin seeds
*2 TBSP shredded almonds
