Day 12 Sugar Detox
*Pretty much stating the obvious...Modern Oats makes awesome oatmeals that are GF, organic, non GMO. Sometimes I feel like making nothing...this was that day!
LUNCH
See recipe on day 11....on the short note:
*Brown rice pasta
*Carrots
*Peas
*Sundried tomatoes
*Green beans
*Avocado
SUPPER
*Grass fed ground beef
*Taco Seasoning (chili pepper, cumin, oregano, onion, garlic, cayenne)
Topped With:
*Black olives
*Avocado
*Mild Salsa (organic jarred)
*Tomato diced
*Chickpeas
*Mixed cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, colby)
*Iceberg lettuce
Today was a great day. Insanely busy as per the usual. Hardly had time to eat, BUT I ate.
