Organic gluten free oats, chia, banana, raw pumpkin seeds, walnuts, raw organic unfiltered honey. AMEN to breakfast.

Organic gluten free oats, organic banana, raw pumpkin seeds, walnuts, cinnamon, raw organic honey, organic raisins. 

This is just delish when you don't feel like cooking.

Quinoa cooked in vegetable broth, topped with butternut squash, okra, cannelloni beans, a tiny bit of feta cheese, and raw pumpkin seeds.
